Here is how it is set up.

Go to Setup
Enable Direct Sound
Select the SFX Button
Select Compressor and click Add.
Under Compressor Properties use the following settings:
Gain = Adjust for how loud you want people to be. (I use 15)
Attack = 0.01
Release = Around 500
Threshold = Around -30
Ratio = 100
Pre delay = 4.0

"Unholy death knight."

Isn't that kind of like saying "wet water?"

Much like water can also be steam or ice (neither of which is wet!), death knights can take other forms as well. Tongue

mmmmmnotreally.  Neither ice nor steam is water.  They are ice and steam respectively.  Only water is water.  You can have hot water or cold water, but once it freezes it becomes ice instead.

So, wet water.

Except that all 3 of those have the exact same chemical formula (dihidrogen oxide or H2O) so they only differ in appearance and how the molecules interact with each other.

Well.  Major differences exist.  Getting hit in the head with a few pounds of water vapor is different from getting hit in the head with a few pounds of water.  And it's very different from being hit in the head with a few pounds of ice.

It's still water, though. I mean, surely everyone has heard the term "water vapor" used to refer to steam. And we recognize other things as being the same no matter what form they're in. For example, we don't say that liquid nitrogen and gaseous nitrogen are different elements, they're just different forms of the same thing.

States of matter, luddites.  Solid, liquid, gas.  Ice is not water.  Steam is not water.  same formula, different state of being.

Much like Eleth, really.  Rubbish as a boomkin, awesome as a tank, service as a healer.  still Eleth, but radically different states of being :-)

(Don't make me haul out the Jeziga comparisons.  Frosh will come after me.)

Your own analogy works against you, Jax. To quote you: "...still Eleth, but radically different states of being". Water is still water no matter what state it's in. We just have different names for the states for the sake of convenience, because they're so common in our world.

Pity you weren't around when we had all the snow.  I could have pelted you with all the water you could want ;-)
