One from Tankspot with video for the Malygos fight: vhttp://www.tankspot.com/forums/f206/42039-eye-eternity-malygos.html.  There's an important point to note about Malygos not registering threat and damage for a few seconds after landing.  Not sure if that has changed or not given that this is from December.

Great article at WowInsider about the abilities and strategy for the Aces High Quest (used in Phase 3 of the Malygos fight).  Seriously, reading this had me go from pulling my hair out to wow, that's pretty easy in 3 simple pages.

edit:  Malygos Strategy from WowWiki.

If you are worried about aggro loss on Malygos, probably the biggest area of risk is warlock DoTs buring during the airborne phases.  Tanks can slip down the threat meter there if they didn't establish a solid threat position in advance.
