The current changes to raiding due to lack of numbers recently and the coming of the next expansion are as follows:

DKP is being suspended for all future raids in BC and will be re-established in Wrath of the Lich King

Depending on how raid numbers turn out this week we may lower the raid schedule to one or two days a week and restore the full raiding schedule in WotLK

Raids may not necesarily focus on BT, but may also include Mount Hyjal etc.

Push for bears (in ZA) prior to WotLK?

I doubt you'd have time, Xak.  The bear goes away with the next patch.  ZA would be good overall on short nights, tho.

Hyjal might be a better bet.  The first four bosses are a bit of a pain, but drop lots of good stuff.

The bear itself does not go away if you get one prior to the patch. You cannot gain a bear from ZA after the patch. I also suggested ZA as it requires 10 people and we are having some trouble fielding a full 25.

Ya, that's what I meant, sorry.    You won't be able to get new bears.  The patch for BC came out about 6 weeks before the game itself, so we are due for the new-bear-killing patch within the next couple weeks.

ZA has lots of good stuff, though.  I also think it's kind of fun the way you have to plow through it because of the events and whatnot.

i might be alone in this but i would totally be for raiding tk and maybe hyjal

i never really thought goin from tk 2 ssc was a good idea as ive read most guilds now a days skip ssc and go straight 2 tk i just always thought since readin that it was kinda taking a step back as a guild that raids

i have most gear i need from iZA already so im not very excited about that i only need the shield and maybe the cape off of hex lord

I am using the built in calender to schedule raids, and one is posted for this Tuesday.  If your main character (Initiates, Members, Officers) cannot see the event then please let me know.
