Any thoughts on

Primal Precision
Increases your expertise by 5/10, and you are refunded -40/-80% of the energy cost of a finishing move if it fails to land.

I dont have a very stong knowledge & understanding of expertise so am having trouble judging the value of this talent (especially since I still cannot work out which finishing move is the better too).

For DPS build it seems good, as finisher move misses really hurt..  and it is 10 expertise, not 10 expertise rating, so (at the moment) it is about... 2.5% dodge/parry reduction?
Assuming i'm reading it right.  For a DPS build I think I'll go ...

For a Tank build.. I think I'd have to skip it.. Depends on what sort of expertise would be available on the gear we'll have.. but with druids being uncrittable (when spec'd), there's room to socket the expertise if needed.  this spec  also skips the imp lotp buff, sadly - there's just too much that is good for tanking (for me) to pick up this talent as a tank spec..

Hard to say, this could all change when things go live, but atm, this is my choice of builds.

hmm I know I don't say to much but I would take feral instinct/imp lop over feral aggression tanking wise since according to the current notes there making it so swipe is actualy an aoe now instead of making it only hit 3 or 4 targets so the extra dmg to swipe I think would be better for tanking then an improved demoralizing roar. so I'm planning on using something similar to

What about for leveling, if one wasn't assuming a lot of tanking to be involved?
